Scandal with Winona Ryder

In December 2001, the actress was arrested for stealing $5,000 worth of clothes and accessories from a luxury boutique. Apparently, Winona suffers from kleptomania. Neither her lawyers nor full reparation for the damage done have saved her from Themis’ punishment. The actress was sentenced to several hundred hours of community service, fined a large sum and punished with a three-year probation. In addition, investigators found that Ryder “treated” drugs without a doctor’s prescription.

Charlie Sheen scandal

The actor was arrested many times for taking drugs and related crimes. In 2011, the studio “Warner Brothers” even froze shooting the television series “Two and a Half Men” at the time, while Charlie again was lying in a clinic for drug addicts. But Sheen took advantage of the break and appeared on a radio show, where he criticized the producer of the series Chuck Lorry. Chuck was “honored” with such epithets as “piece of shit” and “little fool”.

After such a scandal, the studio and the producer decided not to shoot the remaining series of the season and kicked Charlie. And the actor does not calm down, continuing to rush even more absurd public statements. In particular, one journalist told the actor that he is a “sorcerer with tiger’s blood”.

The scandal with Robert Downey Jr.

Thanks to his father, Robert fell in love not only with the cinema, but also with drugs. In the period from 1996 to 2001, he was arrested several times for possession of hard drugs and committing criminal acts in an “altered consciousness”.

In 1999, the actor was given three years and imprisoned for several months. But this only increased his addiction to drugs. It wasn’t until 2001 that Downey finally realized that his next stint could take many years off his life, so he already took his treatment seriously.

The Mel Gibson scandal

In 2006, the actor was detained by traffic cops because he was speeding and driving drunk, and with a full bottle of alcohol (in most states of the U.S. it is a violation of the law). While the police were processing the report, Mel insulted and threatened the officers and then reasoned that Jews were to blame for all the misfortunes and wars in the world. The police recorded and video-recorded these arguments. Journalists soon found out about it, and the “Braveheart” star was criticised and rebuked.

Woody Allen scandal

In 1980, the director began dating film actress and model Mia Farrow. They did not marry, they lived separately, but everything else said that it was a complete family. Woody gave his and Mia’s children from another marriage as much time as any self-respecting father should.

In 1992, Mia found a photo of Woody, which showed that he had an intimate relationship with a twenty-year-old Sun-Yi, who was adopted by his common-law wife. At the time, Allen and his stepdaughter had been sexually involved for about a year. Soon-Yi was not officially Woody’s adopted child, he did not have custody of her, but the Korean girl was growing up in front of him. Allen was in his sixth decade at the time.
